Nasya Karma Therapy

What is Nasya Karma?

Nasya Karma is a therapeutic Ayurvedic treatment involving the administration of herbal oils, powders, or juices through the nostrils the direct route to the head, brain, and respiratory system. In Ayurveda, the nose is considered the gateway to the brain (“Nasa hi shiraso dwaram”), making Nasya a key therapy for managing head, neck, and neurological disorders.
